Terms of service
ORDERS:
These leather goods are made to order and depending on the amount of orders that come through from customers, wait times for an item can take 1-2 weeks until they are shipped. After the item is made it is then usually shipped within 2 days of completion.
Orders are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received. This prevents a customer from getting their item pushed back in the production line. This ensures fair and proper treatment of all customers.
SHIPPING:
Customers in USA - We ship via USPS. Tracking information will be provided once order has been shipped. Other carriers may be utilized during seasonal delays to ensure a timely delivery.
International Customers - Shipping carriers will be selected based on cost effective and timely delivery options.
PAYMENT
We accept PayPal or Credit Card. Just select your payment option when you checkout.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. However, if there is a malfunction or failure that occurs, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Not all leather is created equally. This leads to each product having a slight variation piece to piece. Attention to quality remains a high priority but please note there may be differences from original product photos. This is what makes handmade leather products special. Each piece becomes one of a kind.
If a leather is not available at the time, another leather can be suggested that is similar. Availability of leather varies depending on demand and supply. Leathers can sometimes take weeks to be delivered to us.
